- Botswana (6 missions : clothing, beds and bedclothes to 2 homes for the aged, to an orphanage and construction of a primary school)
- Burundi (27 missions, of which 12 for the delivery of medicines, 5 for medical services, one for provision of food and laying the foundation stone of a school building, one for medical services and provision of food, 2 for medical services and inauguration of school buildings, 2 for medical services, provision of food and laying the foundation stone of 2 buildings, one for medical services, provision of food and inauguration of a hospital complex, 2 for inspection, one for medical services and inauguration of a hospital complex at Gisuru and a water supply project at Buramata)
- Cameroon (10 missions; 9 for medical services and one for provision of food. Financing the drilling of five wells for drinking water)

- Georgia (4 missions of which one for the evaluation of the needs of the population, one for the delivery of medicines to the state hospital in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, and 2 for the provision of food to parishes in the city of Gori, to Abkhazia and Southern Ossetia. Proposal by "Heart Doctors" to the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the donation of 4 four-wheel drive cars for patrolling remote areas. The cars were delivered within two months after the proposal)

- Ghana (2 missions for medical services, financial support of the construction of three primary schools and one kindergarten)
- Greece (3 missions, of which 2 for delivery of food and bottled drinking water in burned villages during the fires of August 2007 in the provinces of Ilia and Arcadia. One mission for the delivery of blankets in Valmi, a village in Ilia, for the victims of June 2008 earthquake (6.5 Richter, 8.6.2008). Inauguration of a kindergarten building constructed by Heart Doctors at Koutsohera, a village in Ilia)
- Guinea Bissau (4 mission for food aid)

- India (15 missions of which 2 for medical services, 2 for medical services and distribution of food, 10 for food aid and one for organizing the financial support of the construction of 4 schools and 4 health centres in the State of Gujarat)
- Indonesia (2 missions of which : one for the delivery of medical supplies to the earthquake victims in Java - plus distribution of drinking water and blankets, one for distribution of foodstuffs to the victims of typhoon "Kertsana" in Sumatra)
- Iran (Donation of medicines and hospital supplies to health officials of the city of Bam for the victims of the big earthquake in Iran, 4/1/2004)
Iraq (67 missions, of which 64 for delivery of hospital supplies to Hospitals in Baghdad and other Iraqi cities, 2 for medical services and one for distribution of food)
- Kenya (10 missions; 2 for medical services, 3 for medical services and distribution of food, 2 for distribution of food, 2 for the supply of medicines and one for the supply of blankets, shoes, tents etc. Financial support of the construction of one orphanage shelter offered to the Greek Orthodox church for operation and one medical centre )
- Lebanon (8 missions of which 2 for provision of food and 6 for the transport and delivery of medicines to hospitals, dispensaries and mobile health shelters. In 4 of those missions drinking water and various indispensable articles were also distributed to refugee families)

- Moldavia (One mission for the installation of dental equipment for the set-up of a dentistry clinic at the convent Raciula, near Kalaraci city)

- Myanmar (One mission for food aid to the victims of cyclone "Nargis" which struck the country on 2-3 of May, 2008)
- Namibia (One mission for aid to orphans)
- Niger (2 missions; one for distribution of food and medical care, one for distribution of food)
- Nigeria (16 missions for medical services; financing the construction of two schools in Ebonyi State, one health centre in Niger State and one house for mental patients in Bauchi State. Repairing of the roof of Saint Ignatios church)
- Pakistan (12 missions; 2 for food aid to the city of Quetta, 6 for food aid and clothing from the territory of Afghanistan, one for donating medicines to North-Western Pakistan in Peshawar, one for donating medicines and medical supplies after the earthquake of October 2005. The supplies to the earthquake victims were transported by a C130 aircraft. Two missions on 4.8.2010 and 22.8.2010 for the distribution of foodstuffs, blankets and drinking water for the victims of July 2010 disastrous floods)
- Palestine (10 missions; one to evaluate the needs of Palestinians, 2 for food aid, 3 to deliver medicines and food aid, 2 to deliver medicines by C130 aircraft, 2 to deliver medicines by ship

Sudan (40 missions of which 37 for distribution of food to refugees in Darfur or in the suburbs of Khartoum, one for medical services and 2 for the delivery of medical supplies)
